Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any of our services.  By purchasing our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

1.  All services rendered by our company are non-refundable.  Once the service has been provided, we do not offer any refunds.

 

2.  If you cancel or terminate a service before it has been completed, you will not be entitled to a refund for any work that has already been completed.

 

3.  Any disputes regarding payment must be submitted to us in writing within 7 days of the completion of the service.  Any disputes submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for consideration of refund.

 

4.  Our company reserves the right to terminate any service at any time due to violation of our terms and conditions or for any other reason, without providing a refund.

 

5.  We do not offer any warranties or guarantees for our services, and we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or charges that may incur as a result of the use of our services.

 

6.  Our company retains all intellectual property rights for any work  completed during the service.  You may not resell or distribute any work completed by our company without our express written permission.

 

7.  We reserve the right to modify or update our terms and conditions at any time.  It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

No Refund Policy for PADI Courses

 

1. **Commitment to Enrollment:**

   By signing up and registering for any PADI course offered by Garden Route Scuba, you acknowledge and agree that once you commit to enrolling in the course, it becomes your property, and no refunds will be issued.

 

2. **Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable:**

   All expenses associated with the PADI course are paid in advance and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once payment is made and registration is completed, the course cannot be transferred to another individual, and no refunds will be provided for any reason.

 

3. **Completion of Course:**

   Should the client choose not to complete the full course with Garden Route Scuba for any reason, they are welcome to complete it at any PADI dive center worldwide. However, any costs associated with completing the course at another PADI dive center will be the responsibility of the client.

 

4. **Costs at Alternate Dive Centers:**

   While completing the course at another PADI dive center, the client acknowledges that there might be additional costs involved, which vary depending on the policies and fees of the specific dive center. The alternate dive center will provide the client with a quote for completing the course, and the client agrees to be responsible for any such costs incurred.

 

5. **Agreement to Terms:**

   By enrolling in a PADI course with Garden Route Scuba, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including the no refund policy. It is important to carefully consider your commitment before enrolling, as once registered, no refunds will be provided.

Replacement Costs for Lost Diving Gear

 

Dear Clients/Students,

 

We hope this memo finds you well and ready for your upcoming diving sessions. As we embark on our underwater adventures, it's important to ensure the safety and preservation of our diving equipment. However, accidents can happen, and gear may sometimes be lost or damaged beyond repair. In such cases, please be aware of the replacement costs associated with each piece of diving gear. These costs are as follows:

 

1. Mask: R550

2. Snorkel: R350

3. Fins (Pair or one): R1000

4. Wetsuit: R4000

5. BCD (Buoyancy Control Device): R6000

6. Regulator Set (1st and 2nd Stage): R8000

7. Dive Computer: R10k

8. Weight Belt: R1000

9. Cylinder: R5000

10. Dive Light: R800

11. Booties: R650

12. Hoody: R650

13. Gloves: R 650

 

Please note that these prices are subject to change and are based on the current market rates. In the event that any piece of gear is lost or damaged during your diving activities, you will be responsible for covering the replacement costs as outlined above.

 

We highly encourage all divers to handle the equipment with care and to follow proper safety procedures at all times to minimize the risk of loss or damage.
